This blog is a round-up of Premier Education’s key achievements in 2025 and a look at what comes next as we continue to grow with purpose.
In this article, we’ll cover:
2025 has been shaped by progress across every part of the business, from leadership and culture to education standards, partnerships, and community impact.
Behind every award, partnership and milestone are thousands of children having fun, building confidence, and feeling included, and teams who care deeply about making that happen. This is about creating experiences kids love, and parents can rely on.
By reading on you’ll see:
One of the clearest signs of progress in 2025 has been Premier Education’s continued rise within the franchise sector. This year, we climbed to number 33 in the Elite Franchise Top 100, reflecting the strength of our model, the consistency of our delivery, and the trust built across the network.
In a competitive and evolving sector, this recognition reinforces something we’ve always believed: sustainable growth comes from doing the basics, supporting people properly, and staying focussed on long-term impact rather than short-term wins.
That same focus was recognised at the British Franchise Awards, where Premier Education was awarded Gold for Leadership & Culture and Silver for Franchisor of the Year (Established). These awards speak directly to how the business is run, the clarity of leadership, the strength of relationships across the network, and the culture that underpins everything we do.
Culture isn’t something we talk about lightly at Premier Education. It’s something we invest in, protect, and work on continuously.
In 2025, that commitment was recognised nationally when Premier Education was named one of the UK’s Best Workplaces, one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Women, and one of the UK’s Best Workplaces for Development by Great Place to Work UK.
These recognitions reflect a workplace where people feel supported, trusted, and encouraged to develop, whether they’re delivering sessions, supporting schools, growing a franchise, or helping the business move forward behind the scenes. When people feel valued and confident, that care and consistency carries through to the children and communities we work with.
As wraparound care continues to grow in importance for schools and families, Premier Education has remained committed to raising standards across the sector.
This year, we became a Founding Member of the School-Aged Childcare Association (SACA), an important step in helping shape the future of school-aged childcare in the UK. Being involved at this level allows us to contribute to best practice, collaborate with others in the sector, and ensure that quality, safety and child experiences remain front and centre.
It’s a part of a wider commitment to not just deliver services, but to help move the conversation forward for schools, parents and providers alike.
2025 also saw Premier Education strengthen partnerships that align with our values and ambitions. Earlier this year, we partnered with Nike and Kitlocker to introduce a new kit across the network. This wasn’t just a visual update. The partnership reflects a shared belief in quality, confidence, and professionalism, and the importance of helping children feel proud, included, and ready to take part. It’s another way Premier continues to invest in the experience, from how sessions are delivered to how the brand shows up every day.
Progress isn’t only measured by growth. It’s also measured by the impact we have beyond our day-to-day delivery.
In 2025, we hosted the first-ever Premier Foundation Charity Golf Day, bringing together partners and supporters to raise funds and support meaningful causes. It marked the start of a growing focus on giving back and supporting communities in ways that go beyond our core programmes. This is an area we’re excited to continue building in the years ahead.
This year also saw Premier Education recognised for how we communicate and support schools. At the Business Excellence Awards, we were proud to win Best Marketing Campaign for our Wraparound Care Guide – a resource created to help schools navigate wrapround provision with clarity and confidence.
Premier were also finalists for Best Overall Company, Best Community Impact, and Best Company Culture, reinforcing the strength of the business across multiple areas. These recognitions matter because they reflect an approach rooted in usefulness, trust, and long-term value- not marketing for marketing’s sake.
As we move through the year ahead, our focus remains clear. We’ll continue to support children through experiences that are active, inclusive and genuinely enjoyable. We’ll keep investing in our people, strengthening partnerships, and raising standards across education and wraparound care. And we’ll continue building a business that schools trust, parents rely on, and teams are proud to be part of.
The achievements in this blog are the result of a collective effort, from staff, coaches, franchisees, partners, and supporters across the Premier network. Together, the represent a year of progress built on purpose, care, and commitment. And this is only the beginning.
Happy Kids. Healthy Futures.
